November 25, 2023As a Licensed School Psychologist, Dale is passionate about promoting age-appropriate growth and development and supporting families during the critical early years of childhood. In addition to working one-on-one with children to address anxiety and other mental health issues using Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Self-Regulation methods.
Dale enjoys leading various groups at In Step: Lego-based Social Development Groups, Early Childhood Social Skills Group, Stepping Stones Social IQ groups, Girls Social Confidence Groups, Animal Crossing Social Development Group, and Middle School Interpersonal Skills Groups. Her career in the public school system has led to an expertise in conducting psycho-educational assessments and offering consultation to parents and school staff.
Dale earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at the University of Richmond and her Master’s and Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology at James Madison University.
During her free-time, Dale instructs youth and master level swimmers, cooks, runs, and spends time with her loved ones.
