Welcome to In Step

At In Step, we know through experience that each of our families is unique in their needs, and it is up to us to tailor our services accordingly. Having been in practice since 1995, we have the ability to answer your questions about our services and those of the community at large. We pride ourselves on listening to you and if we don’t have the service you need, we will help you find it. Our services include: group therapy, individual therapy, play therapy, family therapy, parent coaching and consultation, and pyscho-educational testing.
Our practice specializes in: ADHD, anxiety, depressive disorders, anger management, personality disorders, family and relationship distress, and high functioning autism (HFA). We offer a wide range of group treatments including but not limited to: teen interpersonal groups, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills groups for teens and adults, adult psychotherapy groups, and Stepping Stones Social IQ Development groups for kids. We take special care to match individuals up with the appropriate group chronologically, developmentally, and emotionally. See our full list of group descriptions below.
