Laura earned her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the Wright State University School of Professional Psychology. She completed her predoctoral internship at the University of Louisville, School of Medicine and completed a 2 year postdoctoral fellowship in the Child Development Clinic at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC. Laura holds licenses in Virginia and the District of Columbia. Laura enjoys working with preschoolers, children, adolescents and adults in individual, group and family therapies. She is committed to helping her clients navigate their lives in a more enjoyable manner and reach their goals. Her areas of special interest and expertise include: selective mutism, depression, and anxiety as well as children with chronic illnesses and parents of children with special needs.
