Our interpersonal Process groups are intended for those who have a grasp on conversational and social skills, but desire extra support to develop interpersonal skills and confidence. Groups focus on exploring and improving interpersonal relationships within a small group setting. Our trained therapists provide a space for individuals to interact and work on understanding themselves and others in a supportive environment. Members can feel free to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment, and in turn, they provide feedback and emotional support to others, offering different perspectives and insights.

These groups can be beneficial for various issues such as relationship difficulties, social anxiety, communication problems, self-esteem issues, and more. The power of interpersonal process groups lies in the collective support, feedback, and shared experiences that contribute to personal growth and improved interpersonal relationships. The goals of the groups include improved satisfaction in relationships, increased self-compassion, and understanding triggers, biases, and blind spots.

Group Parent Coaching

As parents, you play a vital role in the social, emotional, and behavioral development of your child. As such, for many of our programs, we require group parent coaching in conjunction with your child’s treatment.

You are not alone with your questions and worries about your child(ren). Meeting in a safe environment with other parents who share your concerns can make all the difference in setting you on a path to calm.

All groups accept members year round, with the exception of Stepping Stones and Parent IQ Coaching. Please click the Contact Us tab to inquire about joining a group.

Groups include the following:

  • Women’s Group
  • Middle School Group
  • Teen Group
  • Young Adult Group
  • Social Confidence Group

DBT Skills

These groups teach individuals coping mechanisms and interpersonal skills to manage emotions effectively. Participants learn mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness to enhance their overall well-being.

Stepping Stones
