What is Improv?

Improvisation is a spontaneous, fun way for kids to interact with each other without pre-planning or scripting.

Why Improv?

Improv therapy groups are a safe and stimulating way for kids to build confidence, take social risks, and practice life skills. Improv activities and games offer group members opportunities to tune into each other, give up control, and go with the flow of their peers.
